What is RIDE?

Our RIDE Method utilises High Intensity Cardio Training. 45 minutes on the bike will push you with fast choreography to spike the heart rate, epic climbs for maximum resistance, dedicated upper body tracks for a full body burn, light jogs to pull it back when needed and a moment of mindfulness - our signature Bodhi Track.

When to arrive before your first RIDE?

All Riders, even if you have done spin classes at other studios before, must be at the studio at least 20 min before their first RIDE for check-in.
It is really important that you can arrive early as we may otherwise not be able to let you attend the class and we will have to re-book you.

How do I book in?

To book, all you need to do is:
a) Create an account.
b) Click on 'buy' to purchase class credits and view our pricing options.
c) Click on 'book' or 'schedule' to select the studio, class, and time you want to attend.
d) Select your spot and book in.
e) Arrive at the studio at least 20 min before your first RIDE with us.

What is the Free 1:1 session?

Your 1:1 session is a closed-door express session with one of our coaches, designed to set you up for success from your very first ride. You’ll cover the essentials: bike set-up, riding on beat, safety checks, and any modifications you may need.

We recommend booking this session right before your first class. Please arrive at the studio at least 40 minutes before class so we can check you in, get you set up, and bring you into the studio with your coach before the rest of the riders arrive.

During the 15-minute session, your coach will run through everything you need to know—and answer all your questions. Once you’re ready, the doors open and the class energy kicks in.

Where are you located?

We currently have 3 x studios in Melbourne (Brunswick, CBD and South Yarra).

All studios offer RIDE classes.

Our locations are:
CBD: 8 Goldie Place. Please ring the door bell so our team can let you in.

Brunswick: 39 Edward Street

South Yarra: 58 Ellis Street Our studio entrance is on Ellis Street opposite Dye Works Park

What to bring to your RIDE?

Please bring:
- Activewear
- A sweat towel
- Socks
- Water

How loud are our RIDES?

Please note:
Our classes feel (and sound!) a lot like club. We use lights to create that vibe and we definitely play very loud music during class, so if that’s not your thing, we recommend you bring earplugs along.

Which RIDES are most suitable for beginners?

All our classes are suitable for all rider levels. If you're feeling unsure, we recommend booking a bike towards the back. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for your first ride so our team can help you get set up and show you how to clip in and out. Arriving last minute makes things difficult for both you and our team, so we kindly ask you to plan ahead for a smooth and safe experience.

Please, let our coaches know if you have any injuries prior to the start of the class.

How do I sign up for my first RIDE?

To sign up, simply create an account on our website and purchase the Welcome Offer or a single RIDE credit if you'd like to try just one class.
Once you've made your purchase, your RIDE credit allows you to book any class, select your bike, and you're ready to ride.

What is a RIDE credit?

1 RIDE credit = 1 RIDE class booking

I’ve been attending Bodhi and Ride Spinning classes for a while now and am doing my second challenge with them. The studios are so beautiful and always super clean. The instructors are really supportive and motivating and know everyone by name.

I love when the lights go out and the beat kicks in and it’s just you on your bike with your intention set for the next 45 minutes.

I tried the strength class for the first time today and loved it... I love the new space upstairs in CBD. The class was quite challenging but there was opportunity to rest and the instructors always encourage everyone to work to their own abilities.
