BODHI & RIDE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIPS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective for all memberships purchased or signed up from 20 Feb 2025.
Purchasing a membership confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions below.
Premium Memberships (6-Month Minimum Commitment)
- Bodhi 5 Premium Membership
- Bodhi 8 Premium Membership
- Bodhi 15 Premium Membership
- Bodhi 15 Weekday Warrior Membership
- Bodhi 30 Premium Membership
- Bodhi at Home Subscription: $99/month for unlimited on-demand access to Bodhi At Home classes.
- Bodhi at Home Subscription + Bike Hire: $199/month (+$50 delivery fee) for unlimited on-demand access and bike hire.
Membership Benefits
- Use membership credits for Ride classes at all studios.
- Minimum commitment: 6 months.
- Billing: Monthly, with a monthly booking window.
- Rollover: Up to 4 unused credits for 1 month (on request, small admin fee applies).
- Shareable: Between 2 members (on request, small admin fee applies).
- Guest Pass: Bring a friend for free once per month (on request).
- Perks: Free cycle shoe hire, $1 sweat towel hire, $20 top-up credits.
- Discounts: 10% off studio merch, 50% off Bodhi at Home (on request).
- Pauses: Up to 4 times/year (on request, small admin fee applies).
Premium Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Class Access
- Membership credits can be used for any class at any Bodhi & Ride studio.
- Exclusions: Workshops, events, and pop-ups.
2. Membership Payments
- Memberships are billed monthly on the same date each cycle.
- Pausing a membership may change the billing date.
- If no start date is selected, membership begins on the purchase date.
- Unused ride credits expire unless a request for rollover is submitted.
- Memberships cannot be cancelled before the minimum term or refunded.
- Payments are processed via direct debit or credit card (a valid card must be on file).
- Failed payments: $10 fee per day of failure.
- Non-payment for 5+ days may result in debt collection, with fees passed to the member.
- Memberships auto-renew after the minimum term unless cancelled.
- Members must ensure sufficient funds and update payment details at least 72 hours before billing.
- A joining fee may apply to certain memberships.
3. Membership Non-Payment & Collections
- Unpaid memberships may be sent to a collection agency.
- Continued non-payment may be escalated to VCAT.
- Any legal fees, taxes, and collection costs will be charged to the member.
- Payments received are applied first to legal and collection fees, then to outstanding balances.
4. Membership Cancellation

- Cancellation is only allowed after completing the minimum commitment period.
- 3 weeks’ notice required for cancellation.
- If payment is due within the notice period, it must be paid before cancellation is processed.
- Paused memberships cannot be cancelled. The membership must restart, then submit a 3-week notice.
5. Membership Switches

- 2 business days’ notice required.
- One switch during the lifetime of a membership.
- Switching resets the minimum commitment period.
- A $10 membership switch fee applies.
6. Membership Pauses
- At-home memberships cannot be paused.

- $10 pause fee applies.
- We confirm receipt within 2 working days and process the pause on the requested date.
- Limit: 1 pause per billing period per quarter (for travel, illness, work commitments).
- Memberships cannot be unpaused early.
- While paused, members cannot book classes.
- To attend during a pause, members must purchase top-up credits.
- Pauses do not count toward the 3-week cancellation notice.
- If a pause extends beyond the billing cycle, the billing date shifts ($10 admin fee applies).
- A pause cannot be extended or shortened. For additional time, the membership must unpause before requesting another pause.
- Frequent pauses require submission of a Membership Re-Pause Form ($10 admin fee applies).
7. Credit Rollovers
- Limited rollovers available for select memberships.
- Must be requested before billing cycle ends via this form: https://forms.gle/HUuj9xoaXkT247T88
- $10 admin fee applies.
- Rolled-over credits expire 30 days after activation and cannot be extended.
8. Membership Sharing
- Premium memberships can be shared with one other person upon request.
- Benefits:
- Book two spots in a class using shared credits.
- Another person can book separately under the same membership.

- To stop sharing, notify us via email.
- Both users must agree to the T&Cs.
- If more than two people share, membership may be suspended immediately.
9. Bring a Friend for Free (Once a Month)
- One free guest pass per month.
- Guest must be new to Bodhi & Ride.

10. Fee Increases & Terms Changes
- Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to amend fees and terms.
- We will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email.
11. Studio: Refunds, No-Shows & Late Cancellations
- 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
- No refunds for missed or late-cancelled classes.
- Cancellations 12+ hours before class: Credit returns to your account.
- $20 no-show fee applies for unlimited members.
- Fees automatically applied to accounts.
12. Studio: Waitlist Terms
- Adding yourself to a waitlist confirms your spot.
- If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and notified via email.
- If you can’t attend a last-minute class, do not add yourself to the waitlist.
13. Refund Policy

Our membership purchases and fees are non-refundable.
