Studio booking cancellation/no shows:
We have a 12 hour cancellation and a no show policy. We are unable to refund classes if you fail to show up to a class you’ve booked so please cancel out of a class outside of our cancellation policy of 12 hours to have the class credit refunded.
If you don't cancel your booking at least 12 hours prior to class start time, a $20 late cancellation or no show fee applies for the following cases:
- Anyone on an Unlimited membership.
- Anyone participant in a challenge (eg Tribe Fest).
All Membership Cancellations:
To cancel a membership, go to ‘my account’, select 'manage subscription' and click cancel. From there you will be prompted to submit the cancellation form https://forms.gle/EqBszgRNQYMfJMGT6
You MUST submit the cancellation form for the membership to be cancelled. Emails, social media DM's or chats in the studio can not guarantee a cancellation can be processed.
The cancellation process depends on your membership type.
Premium Memberships (Launched February 2025)
- A 3-week (21 working days) notice period is required for cancellation.
- The minimum commitment period is 6 months, and cancellation can only be requested once this period has been completed.

Legacy Memberships (Older Memberships)
- A 2-week notice period is required.
- A 4-month minimum commitment applies before cancellation (except for student memberships, which require 6 months).

Processing and Timing
- Once the minimum commitment period has been completed, you may request cancellation.
- Our team will respond within 48 hours of receiving your form.
- If all required information is provided, cancellation will take effect from your next billing date, subject to the applicable notice period.
- If your next payment falls within the notice period, one final payment will be processed, and cancellation will take effect afterward.
