1. General
Class packs are valid for use at all Bodhi & Ride studio locations unless otherwise specified. By purchasing a class pack, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Validity & Expiry
Each class pack is valid for a fixed period from the date of purchase, as outlined at the time of sale.
All classes must be used within this period. Expired credits will not be refunded, reinstated, or extended.
2026 Class Packs
• Single Credit: $35.00 for 1 Ride credit, valid for 30 days from purchase
• Member Single Ride: $20.00 for 1 Ride credit, valid for 30 days from purchase (available to active members only)
• Five Pack: $165.00 for 5 credits, valid for 45 days from purchase
• Ten Pack: $300.00 for 10 credits, valid for 90 days from purchase
• Twenty Pack: $530.00 for 20 credits, valid for 180 days from purchase
• Fifty Pack: $1150.00 for 50 credits, valid for 6 months from purchase
• One Hundred Pack: $2000.00 for 100 credits, valid for 12 months from purchase
• Student Ten Pack: $199.00 for 10 credits, valid for 90 days from purchase (valid student ID may be required)
3. Extensions
Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted strictly at the sole discretion of Bodhi & Ride.
All extension requests must be made prior to the expiry date. An extension fee may apply.
4. Transfers & Refunds
Class packs are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for retail purchases.
Class packs may be transferred or shared between individuals; however, Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to limit, refuse, or revoke transfers where misuse, excessive sharing, or commercial use is suspected.
5. Booking & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to studio availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class credit in accordance with Bodhi & Ride’s booking policy.
6. Usage
Class packs may be used across all studios and class times.
Each credit is valid for one rider per class. Multiple bookings for the same class under one account may be restricted.
7. Promotions & Offers
Class packs purchased as part of a promotion or special offer may be subject to additional conditions, including altered validity periods.
Promotional packs are strictly non-extendable unless otherwise stated.
8. Price Changes
Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.
Any changes will not affect class packs already purchased.
9. Studio Operations
Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or studio locations at any time without notice.
10. Health & Safety
By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating.
You agree to follow all instructor directions and studio guidelines at all times.
11. Breach of Terms
Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to suspend or cancel any class pack, without refund, where these Terms & Conditions are breached.
12. Amendments
Bodhi & Ride may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
