1.2. Upfront Membership Terms and Conditions, for members commencing January 2026

BODHI & RIDE UPFRONT UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective for all memberships purchased or signed up on Jan 5 2026. 

Purchasing a membership confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions below.

Upfront Unlimited Memberships (No minimum term Commitment)

• Bodhi 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront)

• Bodhi 6-Month Unlimited (Upfront)

• Student 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront)

Membership Benefits

Upfront Unlimited Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Class Access

• Membership credits can be used for any class at any Bodhi & Ride studio.
• Exclusions: Workshops, events, and pop-ups. Although, you get special prices for it.

2. Membership Payments

• These memberships are paid in full upfront at the time of purchase.
• Pausing a membership may change the billing date.
• If no start date is selected, membership begins on the purchase date.
• Unused ride credits per month expire unless a request for rollover is submitted.
• These Memberships cannot be cancelled as they are fully paid upfront and the will be no refunds allowed after the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed via direct debit or credit card (a valid card must be on file).
  
• These Memberships don't auto-renew, if you'd like to add another term, let our team know.
  
• A joining fee may apply to certain memberships.

3. Membership Non-Payment & Collections

• Any legal fees, taxes, and collection costs will be charged to the member.
• Payments received are applied first to legal and collection fees, then to outstanding balances.

4. Membership Cancellation

• No cancellation is required for these memberships as they are pre-paid.
• If you are not going to use your membership for the full term, you are allowed to pause your membership but there will be no refunds made for any unused credits.

5. Membership Switches

• No switches allowed during your membership term. You must wait until your membership expires to renovate the same membership or buy a different one.

6. Membership Pauses

• Limit: 
  • • Bodhi 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): One pause per term, up to 2 weeks.
    • Bodhi 6-Month Unlimited (Upfront): Two pauses per term, up to 2 weeks each time (maximum of 4 weeks total).
    • Student 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): One pause per term, up to 2 weeks.
    • To pause a studio membership, submit this form 
    • $10 pause fee applies.
    • We confirm receipt within 2 working days and process the pause on the requested date.
• Memberships cannot be unpaused early.
• While paused, members cannot book classes.
• To attend during a pause, members must purchase top-up credits.
• If a pause extends beyond the billing cycle, the billing date shifts ($10 admin fee applies).
• A pause cannot be extended or shortened. For additional time, the membership must unpause before requesting another pause.
• Frequent pauses require submission of a Membership Re-Pause Form ($10 admin fee applies).

7. Credit Rollovers

• Limited rollovers available for select memberships.
• Must be requested before billing cycle ends via this form: https://forms.gle/HUuj9xoaXkT247T88
• $10 admin fee applies.
• Rolled-over credits expire 30 days after activation and cannot be extended.

8. Membership Sharing

• Upfront memberships cannot be shared.

9. Bring a Friend for Free (Once a Month)

• Bodhi 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): 3 guest passes over the 3-months.
• Bodhi 6-Month Unlimited (Upfront): 7 guest passes over the 3-months.
• Student 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): 3 guest passes over the 3-months.
• Guest must be new to Bodhi & Ride.
• Request via this form at least 2 working days in advance https://forms.gle/1gSK8ZwmUpCEKLy19
  • Please note:
    1) Your friend must create an account with us before you submit this form.
    2) We require at least 2 x working days notice to arrange this booking. Please be patient as we get a lot of these requests and we are not online on the weekends.
    3) Your friend can only be booked into the same class you are also attending.
    4) If your friend can't attend the class, you need to let us know at least 12 hours before the start of the class as we may otherwise have to charge a no show or late cancel fee for your friend's booking.

10. Fee Increases & Terms Changes

• Bodhi & Ride reserves the right to amend fees and terms.
• We will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email.

11. Studio: Refunds, No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• 12-hour cancellation policy applies.
• No refunds for missed or late-cancelled classes.
• Cancellations 12+ hours before class: Credit returns to your account.
• $20 no-show fee applies for unlimited members. 
• Fees automatically applied to accounts.

12. Studio: Waitlist Terms

• Adding yourself to a waitlist confirms your spot.
• If a spot opens, you will be automatically added and notified via email.
• If you can’t attend a last-minute class, do not add yourself to the waitlist.

13. Refund Policy

• Our membership purchases and fees are non-refundable.
  
  

14. Welcome Offer $50 discount

Once you've completed your Welcome Offer and purchased a Membership, pease email our team at hello@bodhiandride.com.au to redeem the $50 off your membership.
