BODHI & RIDE LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Applies to all memberships purchased or signed up for prior to 19 February 2025)
Before committing to a membership, please read the terms and conditions outlined below. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you accept these terms.
MONTHLY LEGACY MEMBERSHIPS – 6-MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT (2022/23)
Foundation: $150/month – 6 credits/month
Rockstar: $240/month – 15 credits/month
Tribe: $200/month – 10 credits/month
Off-Peak: $160/month – 10 credits/month
Valid Monday to Friday for AM and lunchtime classes only
Student: $180/month – 10 credits/month
Available to full-time local secondary and undergraduate students (valid ID required)
Unlimited: $239/month – unlimited rides
Price may vary depending on sign-up date

Thrive: $60/week – 4 credits/week
Elevate: $69/week – 7 credits/week
Student: $45/week – 3 credits/week

Bodhi 5: $115/month – 5 credits/month (4-month minimum)
Bodhi 8: $152/month – 8 credits/month (4-month minimum)
Bodhi Unlimited: $270/month – 30 credits/month (4-month minimum)
Bodhi Student: $175/month – 10 credits/month (6-month minimum)
Available to full-time local secondary and undergraduate students (valid ID required)

LEGACY MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Class Access
Membership credits can be used for any Ride class at any Bodhi & Ride studio
Not valid for workshops, events, or pop-ups -
Membership Payments
Memberships are billed weekly or monthly as per plan
Payments occur on the same date each cycle
Bodhi At Home memberships are billed monthly
Memberships must be paid in full for the minimum commitment term
If no start date is selected, membership begins on purchase date
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period
Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term, transferred, or refunded
Early exits may incur a negotiated severance fee
Payments are via credit card or direct debit (valid card must be on file)
Failed payments incur a $10 fee
Non-payment after 5 days may result in referral to debt collection with associated fees
Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
Members are responsible for ensuring updated payment details -
Non-Payment
Accounts in arrears may be referred to a collection agency or VCAT
Legal, tax, and collection costs will be charged to the member
Payments received are applied first to legal fees, then to overdue balances -
Membership Cancellation

Can only be cancelled after completing the minimum term
2 weeks' notice required
If a payment is due within the 2-week window, it must be paid before cancellation is processed
Memberships cannot be cancelled while paused. Must resume and make the next payment before submitting cancellation notice -

One switch allowed per member
New membership resets the commitment period

Membership Pauses
Bodhi At Home memberships cannot be paused

Processed within 4 business days (confirmation within 2 days)
1 pause per quarter allowed (travel, illness, work)
Classes cannot be booked while paused
Top-up credits must be purchased to ride while paused
Pauses don’t count toward cancellation notice period
Billing date shifts if pause exceeds a billing period (admin fee: $10)
Pauses cannot be extended or shortened once confirmed

Fee Increases and Terms Changes
Bodhi & Ride may amend membership fees and terms at any time
Members will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email -
Refunds, No-Shows & Late Cancellations
12-hour cancellation policy applies
No refunds for missed or late-cancelled classes
Cancelling at least 12 hours prior returns the credit
No-show fee of $20 applies for unlimited members

Waitlist Terms
Joining a waitlist confirms your intent to attend
If added from the waitlist, you’ll receive an email confirmation
Avoid joining a waitlist unless you can attend, even at short notice
