Upfront Memberships – FAQs

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. All upfront memberships have no minimum commitment and are paid once upfront.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

No. Upfront memberships are not shareable and can only be used by one rider.

Can I use credits across all Bodhi & Ride studios?

Yes! Credits can be used for any regular Ride class at any studio.

What happens if I don’t use all my credits?

If you don't use your 30 credits per month and you'd like to roll them over, please fill in. the request form below (small fee applies).

Can I pause my membership?

  • Bodhi 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): One pause per term, up to 2 weeks.
  • Bodhi 6-Month Unlimited (Upfront): Two pauses per term, up to 2 weeks each time (maximum of 4 weeks total).
  • Student 3-Month Unlimited (Upfront): One pause per term, up to 2 weeks.

Using Your Credits

Credits are added upfront and must be used for classes that fall within the same validity period.

Credits unused are not refundable.
Pre-booking is allowed. New bookings after expiry will require new credits.

Can I cancel my membership?

No cancellation is required for these memberships, as they are pre-paid upfront and simply expire at the end of the selected term.

Please note:

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • No refunds or credits are offered for unused portions of the membership term due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason

  • Exceptions may apply only where required by law or otherwise agreed by Bodhi & Ride
