How to join the Rise & Ride Challenge?
Easy, you need to fill in this form to register for the Challenge
If you are already a Member with us or hold an active Classpack (with enough credits), you can choose to use those credits for the challenge!
OR
You can purchase the Rise & Ride Strong Challenge Pack
These pack credits are only valid for the following classes:
- Mon to Fri: AM & Lunchtime classes
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM classes only.
What happens to my membership credits or classpack credits if I decide to buy the Rise & Ride Pack instead?
If you prefer to buy the pack, here are your options:
- If you are a Member, we'll pause your Membership for the duration of the Challenge (6-19 July).
- If you have existing ClassPack credits, we'll extend the duration of your existing credits for 21 days.
What is the main focus of the Challenge?
Rise STRONG is our winter challenge designed to help you build strength, consistency, and confidence on the bike. Through resistance-focused training, power development, and regular attendance, you'll discover why Rhythm Ride is one of the most effective forms of cross-training.
We're also challenging you to rise with us in the mornings, build powerful habits, and stay accountable throughout winter.
Complete 8 classes in 21 days and 5 out of those 8 days, make them AM/lunchtime classes!
What's the difference between joining for FREE with my existing Membership/Classpack and purchasing the Challenge pack?
With your existing Membership or Class Pack, you can join the Challenge for FREE and continue to book any class across the timetable, including weekdays and weekends.
If you'd like to attend the Rise Strong Workshop, you can purchase a Workshop Credit:
- Members: $15
- Non-members: $20
If you purchase the Challenge Pack, you'll receive 8 credits to use during the 14 days of the Challenge. These credits are valid for:
- Monday to Friday: AM and Lunchtime classes
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM classes only
As a bonus, Challenge Pack holders receive complimentary access to the Rise Strong Workshop, so you can sharpen your Resistance, Power and Choreo technique before the Challenge begins.
