Sunday mornings at our CBD Studio just got a whole lot better.
Starting Sunday 19 July at 9am, and happening every Sunday after that until end of August 26, it's Bodhi Sunday Social: Spin First, Coffee After is all about starting your Sunday with movement, music, coffee and community in Melbourne CBD.
Because honestly, spin first and coffee after feels like a pretty solid Sunday plan.
First, we RIDE
Join us for a 45-minute Bodhi & Ride class led by our awesome coach Julia.
Class starts at 9am and finishes at 9:45am, with a beat-based, high-energy RIDE packed with great music, climbs, sprints, sweat and plenty of feel-good Sunday vibes.
Never done a spin class before? No stress.
Our classes are suitable for all levels of RIDERS and no previous experience is needed. This is a no-judgement environment where you can ride at your own pace, take a break when you need one and simply enjoy the music and movement.
Our team will help you get set up on your bike before class and explain everything you need to know.
Then, we coffee
Once the sweat is done, stick around.
Coffee after class is on us.
We’ll head into a relaxed mix-and-mingle where you can chat, meet new people and connect with the Bodhi community.
Come solo. Bring a friend. Meet someone new.
No awkward networking. No name tags. Just coffee and good people.
What to bring
All you need is water, comfortable fitness clothing, a sweat towel and socks.
We’ll provide cycling shoes for you to wear during the RIDE.
If you're new to Bodhi & Ride, please arrive early so our team has plenty of time to help you get set up before the 9am class starts.

You can book the Sunday Social using your existing membership or class pack credits, just like any other RIDE.
