Class Schedule & Cancellations

We make every effort to run classes and services on time as advertised. However, all schedules are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

If a class is cancelled by Bodhi & Ride, we will offer a refund, transfer, or appropriate compensation at our discretion.
Late Arrival & Studio Access

For safety and security, the studio doors may be locked at the start of each class. Late entry will not be permitted.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the class start time to ensure entry.
Personal Belongings

Bodhi & Ride is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Items brought to the studio are stored at your own risk.
Conduct & Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel memberships at any time.

Derogatory, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients—either in person or via any communication channel—will not be tolerated.
Filming & Photography

On occasion, classes may be filmed for social media and marketing purposes. These sessions will be clearly marked on the schedule in advance.

If you prefer not to be filmed, we recommend choosing a bike at the back of the studio or attending a non-filmed class.
