We are looking to recruit a casual Customer Relationship Assistant who, together with existing staff, will maintain & grow the community of our studio businesses.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for ALL.
- Maintaining a positive studio culture.
- A focus on friendly customer service.
- Willingness to work at each studio or remotely as agreed.
- Membership retention and engagement.
- Calling prospective customers and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Outreach and engage in community events.

Requirements:
- Applicants are required to have customer service and sales experience, preferably within the fitness industry.
Applicants must have a valid visa to work in Australia.
