Bodhi & Ride Premium Memberships – FAQs
What are the available Premium Membership options?
We offer several Premium Memberships to suit your riding style:
- Bodhi 5 Premium – 5 rides per month
- Bodhi 8 Premium – 8 rides per month
- Bodhi 15 Premium – 15 rides per month
- Bodhi 15 Weekday Warrior – 15 rides per month (Monday to Friday only)
- Bodhi 30 Premium – 30 rides per month
- Bodhi at Home Subscription – $99/month for unlimited on-demand access
- Bodhi at Home + Bike Hire – $199/month (plus $50 delivery fee)
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Yes, all studio memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment.
Can I use my membership credits at all Bodhi & Ride studios?
Yes! Your membership credits can be used for any Ride class at any studio. However, credits cannot be used for workshops, special events, or pop-ups.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Yes! You can share your membership with one other person for a $10 admin fee. This allows both of you to book classes under the same membership. To set this up, submit a request via this form: https://forms.gle/sUMm3TjwNUgfxtJ47
How does shared membership work?
You can now book up to two spots in a class using one membership, so you and your +1 can ride together. Previously, this feature was only available for class pack users, but it’s now included in our Premium Memberships.
You don’t have to book two spots every time. If you attend more classes than your +1, you can choose to ride solo sometimes and book a second spot whenever your +1 joins – it’s completely flexible.
Do we have to share the credits equally?
How you use your credits is entirely up to you! You have a set number of credits each month, and you can share them however you like between you and your +1.
What happens if I don’t use all my credits in one month?
You can roll over up to 4 unused credits to the next month for a $10 admin fee. The request must be submitted before your billing cycle ends. Rolled-over credits expire after 30 days and cannot be extended or rolled over again.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership up to 4 times per year for reasons such as travel, illness, or work commitments. Here’s what you need to know:
- A $10 admin fee applies.
- A pause request form must be submitted at least 2 working days before the pause date.
- You cannot book classes while your membership is paused.
- If you need to ride during a pause, you must purchase top-up credits.
- If the pause is for a shorter or longer period than your current membership cycle, your billing date will shift.
- At-home memberships cannot be paused.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, but only after the 6-month commitment period. Here’s how:

- 3 weeks' notice is required.
- If you have a payment due within the notice period, it must be processed before cancellation is finalised.
- Paused memberships cannot be cancelled – you must restart the membership, then submit a cancellation request.
Can I switch to a different membership plan?
Yes, you can switch plans, but:
- Only one switch is allowed per member.
- A $10 switch fee applies.
- The 6-month minimum term resets when you switch.
- 2 business days' notice is required.

How does the free guest pass work?
- Premium Members get one free guest pass per month.
- The guest must be new to Bodhi & Ride.
- Requests must be submitted at least 2 working days in advance via this form: https://forms.gle/1gSK8ZwmUpCEKLy19
What if my payment fails?
- A $10 fee per day applies for failed payments.
- If your payment is overdue for 5+ days, your account may be sent to collections, and additional fees may apply.
- Ensure your payment details are updated at least 72 hours before billing.
Using Your Monthly Credits Within the Same Payment Period
Each month, once your payment is processed, your allocated class credits will be deposited into your account. You must use your allocated credits for rides that fall within the same payment period.
Pre-booking is allowed, but once your new payment cycle begins, your pre-booked classes will use the newly issued credits.
