Commit to 8 RIDE classes in 2 weeks, and get 5 complimentary RIDE classes on completion.

WAKE UP CALL CHALLENGE 

This is a Fitness Challenge with a difference.
Designed to help you create good new habits, and to give you a fun reason to get up and get your sweat done early, we will challenge you to commit to 8 RIDE classes in 2 x weeks.
That’s right!
BUT, these 8 x RIDE classes have to be Mon-Fri early am, mid morning or lunchtime classes.

You will also get 
– your own Wake Up Call Challenge card
– a call every night before your class to hold you accountable
– we’ll even call you in the morning to wake you up (no bailing!)
– an optional 1:1 class if you’re new to Bodhi & Ride
– 5 x complimentary classes for everybody who successfully completes the Challenge.

Only $165 for 8 classes (+5 bonus classes). That’s less than $13 per class.

  • Your Buddy needs to attend a class with you. To book your buddy in, s/he needs to create an account with us and you need to email hello@bodhiandride.com.au to request s/he to be booked in.
  • Once you have successfully completed the Challenge, you will receive a 5 x class credit on your account. You can use these class credits to book into any class on our schedule at any of our three studios.

What is my reward at the end of the Challenge?

Once you have successfully completed the Challenge, you will receive a 5 x class credit on your account. You can use these class credits to book into any class on our schedule at any of our three studios.

What happens if I miss a class I’ve booked into? 

You snooze, you lose. Unfortunately we will not accept any no-shows, late cancels or bailing. Commit, show up, and just Do It.

Can I change my mind? 

Once you’ve signed up, you are committed. We do not offer refunds or class transfers to other Riders.

At Bodhi & Ride we don’t spin, we RIDE.

Our RIDE Studio is the place where everything becomes possible. Where you push through the “I can’t’s” and “If Only’s.” Where you RIDE fast, lift more, lean out, quiet down. This is what transformation looks like. Where you become the best version of yourself.

We have totally re-invented traditional spin classes and created a fun and effective cardio workout that you will love to do again and again.

Forty-five minutes is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout (we’ve added hand weights and core work!), and choreography to keep your mind busy while you’re sweating.

RIDE is one of the most effective and lowest impact cardio workouts around. You can burn between 500 and 700 calories per class. This is much higher than weight lifting, yoga, and even sometimes running.

And don’t worry, we cater for all levels of RIDERS with varied levels of fitness.
