What’s involved: 

  • Bodhi & Ride’s 45 minute RIDE workout will transform the way you look and feel. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout (with added hand weights and core work!), and choreography to keep your mind busy while you’re sweating off up to 500 calories in each class. Plus – it’s a fun way to work out.

 

  • Commitment: You need to commit to attending 12 RIDE classes during the month of September.

What’s involved: 

  • Bodhi & Ride’s 45 minute RIDE workout will transform the way you look and feel. Get ready for fat-burning cardio, a full-body workout (with added hand weights and core work!).
  • K-Kore’s 45 minute classes take place on a megaformer, which is similar to Reformer Pilates, but on a whole new level.K-Kore by Lagree Fitness is challenging and unlike any other workout you’ve done. It’s intense and your muscles are under constant tension which makes them BURN and shake.

 

  • Commitment: You need to commit to attending 8 RIDE and 8 K-Kore classes during the month of September.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I have to sign up by?

Sign up online by Friday 31st August. If you are later than this, please speak to a member of the team.

 

How do I claim the extra perks, e.g: the complimentary body scan?

In the CBD studio we will be taking the free body scans in-studio, please speak to a member of the team to arrange.

In the Port Melbourne studio you will have to pay an extra $20 to get this done down the road. Again, please speak to a member of the team to organise this.

 

Do I have to use the Bodhi and K-Kore class right after one another?

No, you can use them separately. We would advise doing 4 session a week to amount to the 16 total classes.

RIDE is one of the most effective and lowest impact cardio workouts around. You can burn between 500 and 700 calories per class. This is much higher than weight lifting, yoga, and even sometimes running.

And don’t worry, we cater for all levels of RIDERS with varied levels of fitness.
